Dream Constellation Workshop
In this workshop you will be invited to explore hidden influences shaping and guiding you through your dreams.
Dreams have fascinated me for the longest time and I have spent several years cultivating a relationship with my own. Reading and learning about them, writing and drawing them, has only increased awe and wonder about what they are and what they do.
Dreams are where our unconscious and conscious minds meet, where the unseen realms make themselves visible to us. Our dreamscape is unique to us and it shows how we are ever-connected to our families, communities and something bigger than our individual selves. They spread across different timelines and generations. This is where dreams meet constellation work. Through constellating our dreams we are given an avenue of discovery of intergenerational patterns, family histories, traumatic occurrences, loss, love and truth… so that we may know ourselves more fully.
In this workshop you will be invited to bring your own dream; one that you’ve held for many years, one that is recurringly trying to get your attention or any recent dream you want to connect with. As a group we will engage in dream-association with prominent dream symbols from your individual dreams. And then spend time constellating these dreams through representatives from the group.
No experience is necessary, just come with openness in heart and mind.
If you don’t have a specific dream to bring but would like to experience family constellation work, you are welcome to join.
This is a half-day workshop, taking place from 10am-2pm at Court Farm in Almondsbury, Bristol, doors open 9:30am.
Teas and snacks will be available.
Further information will be sent after registration.
